Founder & Chief Philanthropy Officer
Shannon Thomas is a Chartered Manager and Founder of The Thomas Consultancy Group, with more than five years’ experience working across Central and West Africa and over a decade of involvement in charitable work, both formally and informally. Prior to establishing the firm, she worked in a strategic advisory capacity with the UK’s largest children’s charity, supporting work connected to West and Central Africa. Her experience spans philanthropy, strategic partnerships, social impact and advisory. Known for her considered, relationship-led approach, Shannon combines strategic thinking with a genuine commitment to people, communities and long-term impact.
